Cacio Du Pepe
They say some things are best left as is and we don't go "traditional" often, but there isn't much we'd like to change about Cacio de Pepe. With hours and hours of slow braised beef to the al dente spaghetti and parmesan cream and fresh cracked peppercorn, we're taking a page from Italy with this.
